This is one more scam in the long series of its kind – but this time in the realm of the modern education.
At the root of it all lie the incorrigible corrupt mind and corrupt practice. There is no gainsaying that they have come to stay as the order of the day.
New age developments e.g. the newly developed soft ware – “Bunk Bazaar” (reported in y’day’s Issue) bear out / should provide the necessary clues.
